Rehabilitation of injuries or movement restrictions at each joint complex of the ankle, knee, hip, spine and shoulder can be achieved for most clients with a progressive 6-week program. Using a program of Pilates therapy exercises to release, mobilise and strengthen to re-establish correct movement patterns, improve movement and posture.
